Instruction:
Simply remove the filter lid, fill the bottle with water, and tightly replace the lid. The bottle includes a pop-top drinking cap so that you can have quick and easy access to your water. When you are not using the filtration bottle, be sure to clean and dry the filter and bottle before storing. Place the stick inside any container (e.g. bowl, sauce pan, basin, etc..) and simply pour hot water (at least 140` F) before you first use in order to activate the minerals. Wait until the water cools down about approx 5 minutes, then repeat 3 times. When the stick is shaken you may hear a rattling sound. This is simply the mineral stones moving around and is normal. Once the stick is activate, it is ready for use by just simply placing it inside the bottle. Please make sure you consume the water within 4 hours, otherwise remove the stick and the water is good within 12hrs.After initial use, you may experience some detoxification such as mild diarrhea, itchy eyes or throat, a slight rash or drowsiness. These are usually normal detoxification and immune modulation responses and should clear in a few days. If symptoms persist please consult a doctor.
