How quickly will my orders be delivered? Under typical conditions USPS First Class or Priority Mail will be delivered from our location per this delivery map.
Shipping to Canada:
We will ship your order using the United States Post Office - Standard First Class International 10-18 business days (FREE) or Priority International Mail 7-10 business days (Shipping Fee apply). We cannot guarantee delivery, but only show you proof of shipment. For traceable shipments, please choose Express Mail Service (EMS). Please Note: Canada orders typically arrive within 2 weeks, but sometimes can take as long as 5 weeks. We do not ship overnight or EMS to customers with unconfirmed Paypal account. All Paypal payment with unconfirmed address has to wait 48hrs clearing period before we ship your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
What is your normal order cut-off time?
*Typically, all orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST with cleared payment are processed the same day. There are times, such as the Monday after a three-day weekend, or during the Christmas rush, when some orders received prior to 2:00 p.m. EST may ship within the next day. Alternatively, when we are not as busy, some orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Our office & warehouses are close during weekends and hoildays, therefore we do not ship orders during Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
When will my order ship? Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the shipping address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your shipping address does not match your billing address, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days
Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select budget standard shipping, this time could be a 4-10days depending the distance. Some standard shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table above.
Urgent Delivery- NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
Dalimara may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT. Purchasing insurance covers your shipment in the event it is lost in transit. Items are not considered lost until 30 days have lapsed from date of mailing shipment. If you do not purchase the insurance, and the shipment is lost, the items will not be replaced. If you are buying from more than one item, you need only purchase the insurance one time to cover the entire shipment.
United States Postal Service (USPS) insurance provides compensation for lost, damage and rifled articles. Insurance coverage can be purchased up to $25,000. Customers can add insurance to most of the domestic and international mail services. Express mail is automatically insured up to $100, but additional coverage can be purchased.
Standard Shipping First Class International (14-30 working days delivery) & Priority Mail International (7-15 working days) do not provide detailed tracking information outside the US, tracking, or inquiries as part of the service, and foreign posts are not required to scan these items. Please do not insist detailed tracking information outside the US if you choose these services. Dalimara will provide customs label number and is only trackable within United States. Once item has been scanned & sent outside United States it is pretty much outside of our control. Delivery time will depend on the distance and your country's customs clearance. It also doesn't have expedited brokerage, which means packages can 'sit in customs more than the expected date of delivery. Although this is rare it does happen. Packages are sometimes not delivered at all (1% of cases), thus this method is used at your own risk! However, its generally fairly dependable, arriving within two weeks or three 95% of the time. Lost package claims may be filed between 45 and 90 days after shipment. We are not responsible for Customs fees, duties and other charges. We cannot declare package as gift. PLEASE contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations before you order.
If you need to track your International Mail, please consider using our Express Mail Service International (EMS). Our office & warehouses are close during weekends and holidays, therefore we do not ship orders during Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as other fees associated with the return. We are not responsible for undelivered packages in the country of destination due to wrong address, lost or damage during transportation. For immediate processing of your order please enter correct address, email and contact number.We cannot ship orders without telephone number. It's mandatory.
Shipping to the Philippines may take 4-5 Days if stocks are available at our Makati office, otherwise 15-30 Days via USPS.
EXCEPTIONS: We ship to almost anywhere in the world. However we do not ship to the following countries because of high rate of lost packages we had in the past. Afghanistan, Benin, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Syria.
