Return Policy & 90-Day Limited Warranty
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All food supplements, cosmetics, facial wands, water flask and alkaline stick do not qualify for return. Dalimara will impose a restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 90 days from the shipment date. Quantum Pendant replacement warranty is not available if you damaged the product due to accident drop or abuse. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee and all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) are not refundable. If you opt to refund your order instead of replacement, shipping & handling fee is not refundable. Dalimara is a wholesaler and we cover our products up to 90-Day Warranty period. Any returns beyond 90 days from the date delivered shall be refused. No exception.
The above Return Policy also applies to exchanges. We will apply the payment for your first order, minus original shipping and handling costs, to your second order as long as the second order is of equal or greater value. Please return the item within 30 days in unused & complete original packaging & pay $7 exchange fee. Customer can only request to change their item once. No exception.
Cancelled Orders Policy
We ship most orders the same day or within one business day. If you decide to cancel your order and contact us before it ships, you may cancel it with no additional cost to you. 90-Day Limited Warranty
This warranty provided to ____________(owners) by Dalimara.com. is a 90-day warranty. We assign all the manufacturer's product warranty to the ___________(purchased owners). The liability of Dalimara.com shall be limited to possible replacement of product proven defective by purchased owner.Dalimara.com accepts NO LIABILITY for any claims made by Manufacturer's Representatives, any written Manufacturer's data sheet, expressed or implied Manufacturer's warranties, or any information supplied to Dalimara.com. by Manufacturer's Representatives and transferred to Owner by Dalimara.com.
This expressed limited 90 day warranty shall extend for a period of 30 days from date of purchase and only covers conditions caused by manufacturer's product defects. This expressed limited 90 day warranty shall not extend to any items such as delamination, adhesion defects, or deterioration caused by lack of a suitable vapor barrier, cracking, or other deterioration of the surface caused or contributed to by human body's acidity, owner negligence, improper maintenance, acts of God, chemical contamination, vandalism, excessive mechanical abuse or any other cause except manufacturer's product defects. Incidental or consequential damages, body injury, scratches or wounds and headaches resulting from the use of these products or arising out of any breach of this expressed limited 90 day warranty are excluded from this express limited 90 day warranty.
CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS OF THE EXPRESSED 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
1. This expressed limited 90 day warranty is valid only if:
a) Information provided to Dalimara concerning the Owner is accurate and complete.
b) Use of the product has not changed, unless Owner has received written approval from Dalimara prior to such change in use.
2. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this expressed limited 90 day warranty, this expressed limited 90 day warranty shall not become effective until Dalimara has been paid in full for all products purchased.
3. This expressed limited 90 day warranty is transferable only with Dalimara's prior written consent. Any attempt to transfer or assign this expressed limited 90 day warranty without Dalimara's prior written consent shall render the warranty null and void.
4.This expressed limited 90 say warranty is predicated on a 10 day inspection and maintenance of any abnormal conditions on the product after we receive the returned item. Failure to return the product and Owner continues to use the product will be deemed as a breach of this expressed limited 90 day warranty and shall relieve Dalimara from any further liability under this expressed limited 90 day warranty.
5. Any condition found during the inspection that can have a negative effect on the life and usability of the manufacturer's product will be repaired within 90 days. If condition is not repaired within such 90 day period, any claim for breach of this Warranty shall be conclusively deemed to have been waived, and Dalimara shall have NO LIABILITY under this limited warranty.
6. All items with personalized engraving are not qualified for return.
Refused Shipments or Incorrect Address Policy
If you refuse delivery or provide an undeliverable address as your ship to address and your order is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Alternatively, you may pay to reship your order after providing updates to your ship to address.
No returns on: Personalized products, Quantum flask/stick alkaline ionizers products once submerged in water. iBeauty once used. Blister packed items once opened. - Computer products or software once opened. - Special Order merchandise. - All consumables, including but not limited to detox pads, herbal supplements, ointment, rub, soap, etc..
