If your Dalimara piece should require repair, please email us your order information to allow for processing.
Once we have received your piece, it will be promptly dispatched to Service Department where skilled craftsmen will repair it to like-new condition.
If your piece has been discontinued from the Dalimara line, we may suggest a replacement piece of similar value from our current line.
Please refer to our warranty to determine what repairs are covered.
Jewelry items purchased from www.dalimara.com are eligible for repair. If the item is covered by warranty, customer will be free-of-charge for the service. But if it is beyond warranty period, customer will pay for the parts, service fee and s/h fee (flat $10).

Repairs may take up to two to four weeks from the date it is received in the Dalimara New York office.
SHIPPING / HANDLING FEE FOR REPAIR WITHOUT WORK
Customer must pay Shipping and Handling fee by cash or online.
Should you decide not to proceed with a repair once we have received your piece, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $10 for returning your repair.
Please send the item with proof of date purchased, postage paid, and bills insured to address below. Dalimara is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Dalimara does not warrant against any scratches. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Dalimara item will void its warranty. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Dalimara. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods. Example: If you drop the pendant or bracelet and break it, Dalimara is not responsible for the incident and therefore it is not covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty.
